As a member of REA you can expect to be guided through 6 challenging stages in business. These stages are designed to help you drive the core areas in your business to improve performance and profitability.

Inclusions
- INITIAL PLANNING SESSION
This is a 2 hour meeting between the Business Mentor and the key decision makers within the business who have committed to joining Regional Entrepreneur Academy (REA). This meeting is designed to review your current business state of play, ensure that you are 100% prepared for your first Intensive and to deliver a solid 90 day plan of attack fro you and your business to ensure you get off to a flying start. - SUMMIT INTENSIVE
3 times a year all members of the Academy will come together for 1 ½ days for the Summit Intensive. Each Intensive will focus on 1 of 6 key themes that will be covered over the course of the program. This is a compulsory part of the program and every effort should be made to make these. This is where connections are made and we turn learning into actions. - ONLINE RESOURCE PORTAL
All members receive login details to access our online resource portal which includes access to hundreds of templates, e-books, educational videos, blogs and webinar replays. This is only accessible to members and encompasses all of the business education covered at the Client Intensives. - LEADER CALLS
Each month all members are invited to a 45minute Q&A webinar. This is an opportunity to ask your Business Mentor anything in regards to an issue or opportunity you currently face in your business to get clarification and direction. - VIP BOARDROOM
The VIP Boardroom is for select members who hold Platinum and above membership and have been invited to attend by the Business Mentors due to their commitment and achievements made during the course of the program. The VIP Boardroom takes place after the Intensives and is designed to give each member more specific, strategic advice to drive their business to new levels.
